Erin Enderlin Songwriting Workshop
Conway native Erin Enderlin, now a Nashville-based hit songwriter, will conduct a half-day workshop for songwriters Saturday, April 4, 2015 from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Second Presbyterian Church, 600 Pleasant Valley Drive, in Second Hall. Cost is $30 for members of Nashville Songwriter Association International (NSAI) and $35 for non-members.
Ms. Enderlin’s songs have been recorded by numerous major artists including Alan Jackson (“Monday Morning Church”); Lee Ann Womack (“Last Call”); Luke Bryan (“You Don’t Know Jack”); and Tyler Parr (“Cowgirl”). The workshop topics include her writer’s journey; the story behind how her songs developed; “Finding Your Voice in Writing”; “Focus on the Donut, Not the Hole”; and “Inspiration and Writing.” Workshop members may play one original song (live or recorded) for evaluation and discussion (bring 15 lyric sheets).
The event is open to the public but advance reservation is required to assure available seating.
